Return Policy

We hope you always love all of your items, but we know sometimes things don't work out! 

You may return items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please return the item in the original packaging. Returns are refunded to your original payment method. 

We have a return form on our website that must be filled out within 3 days of receiving your item if you need to make a return. Once you fill out the return form, we will be in contact with you within 24 hours with return instructions. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

All SALE items (or items purchased with a discount code) are final sale and non-returnable. 

Madison Mercantile is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages. Please double check your shipping address during checkout to ensure your package arrives at the correct location.
