Thank you so much for shopping with us! First and foremost, we offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS. Order processing typically takes 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Shipping takes 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information after your item(s) has shipped. It's common to expect delays during the holiday seasons. 

*We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost or stolen due to the USPS. No refunds will be issued for items lost, damaged or stolen during the delivery process. These situations are something we have no control over - we are at the mercy of the USPS. Thankfully most packages arrive safely and on time but if you happen to have an issue with delivery please contact your local Post Office.
